Why not hire a full-time designer?
Certainly! You could do that, however, the yearly expense for a senior-level designer surpasses $100,000, including benefits, and finding one available can be a challenge. Furthermore, there might be periods when you don’t have a sufficient workload to keep them consistently engaged, resulting in payments for idle time.
Opting for the monthly plan provides flexibility—you can pause and resume your subscription as needed. This way, you only pay for your designer’s services when you have active work, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization.
Is there a limit to how many requests?
Upon subscribing, you gain access to your design board and will have the ability to add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue. Each request will be delivered individually, ensuring focused attention and timely completion.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Typically, most requests are fulfilled in just three days or less on average. However, it’s worth noting that more intricate or complex requests may require additional time for meticulous execution.
Who are the designers?
Surprising as it may sound, GoodBear operates as a one-person agency. When you collaborate with us, you’ll be working directly with me, the founder of GoodBear. It’s important to note that power-ups requests, such as animations or custom illustrations, are handled by our network of partner designers.
How does the pause feature work?
We recognize that you might not always have a consistent stream of design work throughout the entire month. If you currently only have one or two design requests, the option to pause your subscription becomes valuable.
Our billing cycles are structured on a 31-day period. For instance, if you subscribe and actively use the service for 21 days, then choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be temporarily halted. This means you’ll have 10 days of service remaining, ready to be utilized at any time in the future.
What programs do you design in?
Most designs are completed using Adobe Creative Suite.
How do I request designs?
GoodBear provides extensive flexibility for design requests through Trello. Clients commonly submit design requests directly on Trello, share Google docs or wireframes, or even record brief Loom videos for those who prefer a non-written format. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared on Trello, it’s fair game for a design request.
What if I don't like the design?
No need to worry! We’re committed to refining the design until it meets your complete satisfaction—100%.
Is there any design work you don't cover?
Absolutely. Under the subscription model, GoodBear does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.). What if I only have a single request?
Certainly. Feel free to pause your subscription once your current design needs are fulfilled, and return whenever you have additional design requirements. There’s no need to let any remaining subscription time go to waste.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
As the work provided is of high quality, please note that no refunds will be issued.
